Shawn Ranheim

Shawn Ranheim has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Shawn began their career as a Store Associate at Cub in 2014, where they excelled in customer service and trained new employees. In 2019, they interned at TTM Technologies, where they supervised employees and implemented a cycle count inventory process. Shawn also interned at Collins Aerospace during the same year, supporting procurement teams and leading meetings with design engineers. At Collins Aerospace, Shawn then moved on to become a Procurement Analyst, responsible for managing a significant annual site spend and saving the company over $600K in E&O Claims. In 2021, they progressed to the role of Senior NPI Sourcing Lead, negotiating cost savings with suppliers and managing NPI responsibilities. Currently, Shawn works at Polaris Inc. as a Strategic Sourcing NPI Lead, utilizing their expertise in strategic sourcing and NPI.

Shawn Ranheim completed their Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Inver Hills Community College from 2016 to 2018. Shawn went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire from 2018 to 2020.
