Catalina Jugravescu

Catalina has broad experience as an investment strategist supporting defined benefits pension funds to achieve their financial and sustainability goals. Prior to joining Pollination, she was a Strategist within the Private Markets team at the Universities Superannuation Scheme (USS) where she established the climate risk framework for private investments and contributed to defining the overall USS Net Zero plans. Catalina also worked at BlackRock providing outsourced CIO services for pension funds and insurance clients across Europe.
