Barbara Nicholas

Barbara Nicholas is an accomplished operations leader with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as the Head of Operations at Polly, Barbara has held key leadership roles including Board President at Arapahoe Rescue Patrol, Inc. and Vice President of Operations at Trail of Bits. Previously, Barbara was Chief Operating Officer, Director of Operations, and PMO Director at Vertex Innovations, Inc., as well as Operations Project Manager at Edible Beats. Holding a Bachelor of Science in Business with a focus on IT Management from Western Governors University, complemented by education from Colorado State University, Barbara combines a strong academic foundation with a proven track record in operational excellence and project management.
