Tomasz Dybus

Tomasz Dybus has extensive work experience in engineering and management roles. Tomasz is currently serving as the Head of Engineering Department at Polpharma since August 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Plant Maintenance & Engineering Manager at International Paper from May 2020 to August 2022. Before that, they were the Technical Manager at BIOTON S.A. from September 2018 to May 2019. Tomasz also worked as an Engineering Manager at Mylan from April 2015 to August 2018, and as a Technical Manager at L'Oréal from October 2014 to April 2015. Tomasz gained valuable experience at Mondelēz International, where they held various roles including Maintenance Manager, Koordynator Działu Utrzymania Ruchu, and Inżynier Wsparcia Technicznego Produkcji. Tomasz worked at Mondelēz International from July 2009 to September 2014. Prior to that, they worked as an Inżynier Utrzymania Ruchu and an Inżynier Procesu at Decora SA from April 2007 to June 2009.

Tomasz Dybus attended the West Pomeranian University of Technology in Szczecin from 2000 to 2005, earning a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering. Tomasz continued their education at the same university from 2003 to 2007, obtaining a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Production Engineering and Management.
