Todd Nalepka is an experienced manufacturing professional with a comprehensive background in leadership roles across various divisions. At Polydeck, Todd has served as VP of US Manufacturing and held several senior positions since August 2020. Prior to that, Todd spent over 14 years at Parker Hannifin, where roles included Plant Manager in the Cylinder and Accumulator & Cooler Divisions, Lean Manager in the Hybrid Drive Systems Division, and Manufacturing Engineer in the Hydraulic Valve Division. Todd holds an MBA in Business Management from Gardner-Webb University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering, along with a Minor in Economics from The Ohio State University.
