Sunil Kumar has a wealth of experience in various roles within the Polyplex Group of Companies. Sunil began working with the company in 2006 as the Vice President and Group Head of Human Resources and Business Process Excellence. Prior to that, they held the position of Group Head of Human Resources and Business Process Excellence at Polyplex Corporation Limited. From 2004 to 2006, Sunil served as the Head of Operations for POLYPLEX EUROPA. Before joining Polyplex, they were the General Manager and Head of Operations at Polyplex Thailand from 2002 to 2004. Sunil also gained experience as a Management Consultant at the Centre for Business Transformation, CBT, APTECH from 1994 to 1996. Their earlier work experience includes a managerial role in production and industrial engineering at Wires and Fabriks Ltd. from 1990 to 1992.
Sunil Kumar completed their high school education from ORISSA BOARD between 1976 and 1982, where they studied science and mathematics. Following this, from 1976 to 1984, they attended Ravenshaw College in Cuttack, earning their High School degree with a focus on physics, chemistry, and maths (PCM). Then, between 1984 and 1988, Sunil pursued an Engineer's Degree in Mechanical Engineering at Motilal Nehru National Institute Of Technology. Finally, from 1988 to 1990, they attended the Indian Institute of Technology in Kanpur, where they obtained a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) degree in Industrial Management and Engineering (IME).
