Thien Le possesses diverse experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Currently serving as the Vehicle Operations Instructional Training & Shift Manager at Pony.ai since October 2019, Thien leads training development initiatives for vehicle operations teams while managing a group of training instructors. Prior experience includes a role as Deputy Sheriff at the Santa Clara County Office of the Sheriff, focused on maintaining public safety and facilitating day-to-day operations. Additionally, Thien has held various marketing and operational roles at 8x8 and enriched the hospitality sector through training and service positions at Gen Korean BBQ House, BJ's Restaurants, and The Boiling Crab. Thien holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from San José State University and attended De Anza College from 2008 to 2012.
