Prior roles include Senior Onboarding Manager and Customer Success Manager at Orderly by Siftit, as well as various managerial positions in the restaurant sector with 101 Concepts Restaurant Group, where responsibilities included enhancing guest experiences and overseeing administrative tasks. Early career roles include training and service positions at establishments like Wild Wing Cafe, The Home Depot, and St. Angelo’s Pizza, where Laura developed strong customer service skills and team collaboration.
