Andrew Haring

Andrew Haring currently serves as Chief Legal Officer at poppi since April 2024. Prior to this role, Andrew held the position of VP and General Counsel at Talking Rain Beverage Company from February 2013 to April 2024. Experience also includes serving as VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at SonoSite, where responsibilities included Deputy General Counsel and International Counsel, reporting directly to the CEO and participating in the Executive Committee. Earlier roles include General Counsel and Corporate Secretary at both LumenIQ and eCash Technologies, with responsibilities for all corporate legal matters and strategic decision-making. Andrew was a Partner at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin, specializing in Technology and International practice, and was previously associated with Mayer, Brown & Platt and Nagashima & Ohno as a Foreign Legal Consultant. Andrew began the legal career as an Associate at Dewey Ballantine. Education includes a Juris Doctor from the University of Michigan Law School and a BA in English Literature, magna cum laude, from Washington & Lee University.
