Erik Gerking currently serves as the Chief of Planning and Development at the Port of Everett, a position held since July 2009. Prior to this role, Erik Gerking worked as a Project Manager at Landau Associates from March 2002 to July 2009, and held a staff position at Cameron-Cole from August 2000 to December 2002. With extensive experience in planning and development, Erik Gerking has contributed significantly to various projects throughout a career spanning over two decades.
Port of Everett
The Port of Everett is a natural deep-water port located 25 miles north of Seattle on the Puget Sound. The Port strives to bring jobs, business and tourism to its local and surrounding communities. MARINA The Port of Everett operates the largest public marina on the West Coast with more than 2,300 recreational boating slips and a 13-lane boat launch facility. REAL ESTATE The Port owns 3,000 acres of waterfront property, including Jetty Island. The Port is working to restore economic prosperity to the waterfront, including its current $360 million mixed-use development project known as Waterfront Place. Port properties provide numerous public access and recreational opportunities for residents and visitors to enjoy.
