Galen Guffy

Galen Guffy currently serves as the Administrative Supervisor for the Aviation Project Management Group at the Port of Seattle since July 2022, following a role as Administrator for the same group. Previous experience includes serving as Operations Program Manager at the University of Washington Information School from December 2018 to January 2022, and as Administrative Support Supervisor for the Finance & Administration Office at the University of Washington, Tacoma from October 2014 to November 2018. Guffy's professional background also encompasses a significant tenure as Office Manager at West Seattle Nursery & Garden Center from February 2003 to October 2014. Academic qualifications include a Master of Education (M.Ed.) from the University of Washington Tacoma, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of California, Santa Cruz, complemented by a Project Management Certification from the University of Washington Tacoma.
