Rachael Lembo

Rachael Lembo currently serves as the Executive Director of Portland'5 Centers for the Arts, overseeing operations for multiple theaters since September 2024, after fulfilling the role of Deputy Director. Prior experience includes a tenure at Metro from October 2016 to September 2024, where Rachael held various finance-related positions, supporting Metro-wide budgeting and managing finances for venues. Previous roles include Finance Manager at Gambit PDX, Finance Manager for the City of North Plains, and Senior Auditor at Talbot, Korvola & Warwick, LLP. Rachael's early career also featured positions at Tribeca Enterprises and the Brooklyn Academy of Music, focusing on budget management and financial oversight. Educational qualifications include a BA in Accounting and Dance from the University of Washington and further studies in Business and Dance at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
