Erik Rosheim

Erik Rosheim is an accomplished professional in food safety and quality management with extensive experience in the food industry. Currently serving as External QFS Senior Scientist at Post Consumer Brands since July 2025, Erik focuses on supplier oversight, risk assessment, and regulatory compliance while supporting supplier and co-manufacturer programs. Previously, Erik held multiple roles at Michael Foods from February 2018 to July 2025, including Food Safety and Quality Manager, where responsibilities encompassed leading food safety systems for various operations, developing training materials, and mentoring teams. Erik began the career as a Food Safety and Quality Assurance Intern at Michael Foods and also contributed as an Edible Dry Bean Field Technician at the University of Minnesota. Erik holds a Bachelor of Science in Food Science and Technology from the University of Minnesota and a Master of Science in Food Safety from Michigan State University.
