Jose Perales is an experienced hospitality professional currently serving as the General Manager at Postino WineCafe since July 2022. Prior to this role, Jose held the position of Kitchen Manager at Pappas Restaurants, Inc. from December 2012 to July 2022. Earlier in their career, Jose worked as a Front of House Specialist at Sugas Deep South Cuisine and Jazz Bar from December 2005 to September 2012, where Jose gained comprehensive experience working in every department. Jose holds a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Administration/Management from Lamar University, achieved between 2006 and 2012.
