Sanne Aarnink has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Sanne started their career at CZ as a part-time employee from October 2008 to April 2012. Sanne then transitioned to CE Delft, where they worked as a Junior Advisor Transport from May 2012 to April 2013, then as an Advisor Transport from May 2013 to April 2015, and finally as a Senior Advisor Transport from May 2015 to September 2015. After that, they joined KPN as a Web Analyst from September 2015 to August 2016. Currently, they are working at PostNL as a CRO Lead since May 2022, where they previously held roles as a Senior Web Analyst from May 2019 to May 2022, and as a Web Analyst from September 2016 to April 2019. In their roles at PostNL, Sanne focuses on data-driven optimization, improving the consumer journey, and increasing customer satisfaction through the implementation of AB-tests.

Sanne Aarnink has a diverse education history. Sanne first attended Coenecoop College Waddinxveen from 1999 to 2005, where they completed their VWO degree in Economy & Society. Sanne then went on to Tilburg University, where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from 2005 to 2008. Following that, they pursued a Master of Science degree in Strategic Management at Tilburg University from 2008 to 2010. Finally, they completed their Master of Science degree in Sustainability - Climate Change at the University of Leeds from 2010 to 2011.
