Håkan Forss

Håkan Forss is a seasoned professional in Lean and Agile coaching with extensive experience across various organizations. Currently serving as a Senior Lean & Agile Enterprise Coach at PostNord since May 2025, Håkan also founded and operates FlowBehave AB, providing Lean and Agile coaching, training, and mentoring since June 2018. Prior roles include Senior Lean & Agile Enterprise Coach at SJ AB and SEB, as well as Agile Coach Master at Folksam, where coaching and optimizing processes were key responsibilities. Håkan's earlier experience includes positions at NetEnt, King, and Ericsson, focusing on continuous improvement and process flow. Håkan holds a background in Computer Science from the University of Gävle.
