Jonny Tucker is a seasoned professional in the retail and fashion industry with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently, Jonny serves as a Co-Founder of Talent of Fashion since January 2017 and Co-Founder of POURED, a startup focused on creating an innovative talent eco-system for retail. From February 2016 to February 2023, Jonny was the Owner of Los Angeles Trading Co., which emphasized clever design and quality products influenced by Los Angeles and pop culture. Previous roles include Head of Stores for HELMUT LANG, where Jonny successfully opened multiple locations across the West Coast and Southeast, and Area Manager for Gucci, where management of sales teams and client relationship strategies were key responsibilities. Early career experience includes serving as Director of Yosemite at James Perse Ent., Inc., where Jonny strengthened client experiences and worked on brand growth strategies.

POURED is an innovative app platform for individuals to find premium work at competitive pay rates at the ease of their schedule. Through the use of our app, individuals set their own availability and become POURED members.Members are offered shifts by our luxury retail brands as sales associates, stylists, or greeters with the ability to workwith various partner brands at once or transition to a full time role with one brand.We see ourselves as a vehicle to get young professionals from where they are to where they want to be, with premium work opportunities and competitive pay rates from $18-22/hour. We hope to provide the earning potential, flexible schedule and supportive community needed to craft the lifestyle individuals are striving for.We created POURED as an on-demand solution for retail staffing for our partner brands.We, as a people, pour ourselves out into other relationships, into our careers, and every day-to-day activity we are involved with.
