Alexandra Serna is a seasoned professional in talent acquisition and digital strategy. Currently serving as the Talent Acquisition Manager at Power Digital Marketing since May 2019, Alexandra specializes in recruiting top talent for a full-service digital growth agency. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Digital Strategist and Account Development Manager at Retention Rocket from 2018 to 2019, contributing to the development of profitable relationships for eCommerce retailers. Alexandra also held the position of Director of Business Development at ZTelco from 2017 to 2018 and worked in business development at Bel Air Internet from October 2012 to January 2017. Alexandra holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, and Related Programs from the University of Southern California, obtained in 2012, and graduated from Cathedral Catholic High School in 2008.
