Kirsty K. has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kirsty began their career as a Library Assistant and later worked as a Barista at Cafe Royale. Kirsty then interned at Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts before joining Homewood Suites by Hilton Hotel as a Front Desk Agent. Kirsty then joined AAA Hoosier Motor Club as an Auto Travel Counselor, where they handled financial transactions, promoted and sold memberships and travel products, and counseled members on travel plans. Kirsty continued to gain experience in the hospitality industry, working as a Sales Manager at Homewood Suites by Hilton and as an Inside Sales Manager at Hampton. Kirsty also served as the Director of Sales at Residence Inn by Marriott and the Assistant General Manager at Hampton Inn & Suites Indianapolis-Keystone. Currently, they hold the position of Inside Sales Account Manager at Powertex Group and will soon transition to the role of Director of Client Services. Kirsty's work experience showcases their versatility and their ability to excel in customer service, sales, and management roles.
Kirsty K. obtained their Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Tourism Management from Purdue University, where they studied from 2009 to 2013. In addition to their degree, Kirsty also obtained two certifications. In April 2012, they obtained a ServSafe certification from the NRA. In January 2013, they obtained an Employee Alcohol Serving Permit from the Alcohol and Tobacco Commission.
