Patty O'Neill has over 12 years of experience in human resources. Patty started their career in 2006 as a Senior Human Resource Business Partner at RSA, where they provided HR support to various divisions. In 2009, they joined RSA Canada as the Director of Learning & Organizational Development, where they focused on leadership and employee development, talent management, and employee engagement. From 2012 to 2018, Patty served as the Strategic Human Resources Business Partner at RSA Canada, leading the people agenda for multiple underwriting divisions and overseeing transformational change programs. In 2018, they joined PPI as the Vice President of Human Resources.
