Prior to joining PPRO, Claire held a number of roles in the Talent team at Wayfair, most recently as a Talent Strategy partner for the EU Tech organization. She previously worked for Amazon Web Services, as well as the Financial Times where she partnered with senior leaders to drive their people strategy.
