We are currently seeking a Design Operations Manager to support our creative team as part of PLI’s marketing department. Our ideal candidate has a holistic understanding of production processes and design systems beyond a specific platform, is skilled in creative project management, resource management, digital design, print production, and can assist our designers in Adobe and Figma. 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Project Manage (PM) day-to-day design department operations
  • Understand legacy production processes and migrate to a digital platform
  • Implement design direction 360 degrees, from digital to print
  • Manage communications with project owners
  • Assist the team with design projects
  • Identify areas for process improvement
  • Brand asset management (print and digital)
  • Other duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • 4-6 years of full-time professional experience with agency or in-house teams, not including education or internships
  • Project Management experience (Monday, Asana, Notion, or similar) required
  • Familiarity with Copywriting (marketing, email, ad) is a plus
  • Visual Design experience (graphic, motion) is required
  • UI/UX Design (Figma) required
  • Print production experience required
  • Publishing experience is a plus

COMPENSATION RANGE FOR THIS POSITION 

$85,000-$90,000 per annum  (Exact compensation offer may vary based on the candidate’s job-related skills and work experience.)
