Oleg Shvaikovsky is currently a member of the Advisory Board at the Estonian Chamber of Commerce in Switzerland, where Oleg shapes the Chamber's strategy from idea to implementation and leads the Estonian Chapter in Tallinn. With a strong background in various companies such as EdTech Estonia, Püha Johannese Kool, Praktikal, Aristotle, ibiot, and C-box.eu, Oleg has extensive experience as a CEO, Founder, Co-Founder, and Board Member. Prior to their current roles, Oleg served as a Senior Partner and Board Member at NORTAL, Head of Cloud Service Factory at TeliaSonera, and Head of Center for Strategic Development at Elion Ettevõtted AS. Oleg holds an MBA in Strategic Management from the University of Tartu and an MSc in Theoretical Physics.

We develop teaching-learning sequences (TLS) that are practical, project-based and adaptable. In almost every lesson the students can engage in practical exercises. Our TLS are created, managed, shared and used in a single web-solution. We provide schools with project kits and materials which are affordable, reusable and multifunctional.
