Michelyn Ahrend

Michelyn Ahrend currently serves as the Corporate Director of Global HRMS at Precision Castparts Corp., a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, since September 2019. In this role, Michelyn has developed a Workday support team and governance model, successfully managing implementations on schedule and within budget. Prior to this, Michelyn held roles at Workday and The Standard, including Senior Engagement Manager and Director of HRIS and Project Management, where extensive experience in large-scale Workday implementations and HR systems administration was gained. Michelyn's career spans over a decade in HR information systems, with a focus on project management, system enhancements, and change management. Michelyn holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the University of Oregon.
