Benjamin Lopez Miranda has over 20 years of experience in the restoration and construction industry. Benjamin currently serves as the Vice President of Operations at Precision Environmental. Prior to this, they held the position of CEO/Project Manager at Fortress Restoration & Construction and Director of Business Development at Fortress Restoration LLC. Benjamin also worked as a Project Estimator at Charles Keller Restoration and Construction and Bravo Company Restoration & Construction. Benjamin gained valuable experience as a Project Manager at Servpro Fire & Water Cleanup & Restoration, where they handled project estimates, invoices, and scheduling for various restoration projects. Earlier in their career, Benjamin was a Construction Manager at Oakwood Construction and Restoration Services Inc. and a Project Manager/Estimator at K2 Environmental Inc. Benjamin started their career as a Project Estimator at Hard Drywall. Benjamin is skilled in Xactimate program and has expertise in handling repairs for water/fire/mold damages, asbestos/lead abatement, and structure dry out.
Benjamin Lopez Miranda attended Cloverdale Highschool from 1996 to 1999, where they earned a Diploma. Benjamin then attended Santa Rosa Junior College from 2006 to 2007, studying Construction Management.
