Miia Korinchuk

Miia Korinchuk is an accomplished professional in customer success and support, currently serving as Senior Customer Success Manager and Team Lead at Precoro since April 2021, after progressing through roles as Customer Success Manager and Junior Customer Success Manager. Prior experience includes a position as Customer Support Representative at Helpware from September 2020 to April 2021, and auditing roles at KPMG Ukraine, where Miia worked as both Auditor and Audit Intern from November 2018 to April 2020. Initial professional experience was gained as a Human Resources Intern at Citi from April 2018 to August 2018. Miia holds a Master's degree in International Economics from Kyiv National Economics University, earned between 2019 and 2021, and a Bachelor's degree in the same field from the same institution, completed in 2019.
