Sharad Bajracharya is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software engineering and product development across various sectors, including AdTech, FoodTech, and retail. Currently serving as Senior Director of Software Engineering for Data Platform and Publisher Platform at Predactiv, Sharad has previously held senior positions at ShareThis, Samsung Ads, and OpenTable, where contributions included building AI-driven data platforms and advanced restaurant reservation systems. As a founder of Xook Inc, Sharad created an all-in-one omnichannel restaurant ordering system. Additional experience includes leadership roles in engineering for retail systems at Kohl's and developing mapping solutions for the US Census Department. Sharad holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering from Kathmandu University.
