Sean Ruger has a strong background in commercial real estate and loan management. Sean currently serves as a Vice President at Preferred Bank, where they underwrite and closes commercial real estate and C&I loans, manages loan covenants and renewals, and handles various types of commercial real estate. Prior to this, Sean worked as an Underwriter at IDB Bank, where they managed the CRE portfolio and conducted loan underwriting across different asset classes. Sean has also held roles at Hanmi Bank, Wilshire Bank, Saehan Bank, and STIC Investments Inc, gaining experience in credit analysis, special assets, and financial analysis.
Sean Ruger attended the University of California, Riverside from 2002 to 2006, where they obtained a Bachelor of Applied Science (BASc) degree in the field of Business/Economics.
