Kevin Larabee is an accomplished human resources leader with extensive experience across various industries. Currently serving as the Vice President of Human Resources at Premier Biotech since March 2025, Kevin specializes in HR strategies for biotech laboratory services. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Resources at Growth Operators, where responsibilities focused on internal HR strategy development for mid-sized companies and private equity funds, and Executive Vice President of Human Resources at Westwood Professional Services, contributing to significant revenue and employment growth. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Lyman Executive Search, CoreLogic, Centex Homes, Frito Lay, and General Mills. Kevin holds a Master's degree in Industrial Relations/HR from the UMN Carlson School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Colorado College.
