Sujay Mavlingkar

Sujay Mavlingkar has over 18 years of experience in the machine tool industry, currently serving as Assistant Manager at ULTRA ENGINEERS since January 2018, focusing on production planning for light motor vehicle and auto components. Prior to this role, Sujay held multiple positions at Premier Limited since September 2005, including Assistant Manager for New Product Development and Production, where responsibilities included developing new products and establishing production lines for various components such as rotor hubs and axle pins. An earlier role as Application Engineer involved managing projects for prominent clients like GLOBAL WIND POWER and REGEN POWERTECH. Sujay's career began at Premier Limited as a trainee, gaining foundational experience in day-to-day production activities. Educational qualifications include a Diploma in Production Technology from AISSMS College of Engineering and completion of secondary education from the Maharashtra Board of Secondary Education.
