Zachary Newton

Zachary Newton is an experienced IT professional currently serving as a Senior Helpdesk Operator at Premier Packaging, LLC since October 2019, where responsibilities include resolving Level 2/3 ticket issues and escalating complex problems to appropriate support groups.
