Collin Elskens

Collin Elskens is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in supply chain management and lean methodologies, currently serving as the Senior Global Lean Manager at Premium Sound Solutions since January 2011. In this role, Collin focuses on achieving global lean awareness and engagement through the deployment of lean principles, improvement of internal and external logistic flows, optimization of production operations and planning, and automation projects. Previous positions include overseeing supply chain activities globally, leading the Warehouse and Expedition department, and working as a Logistics Engineer.
