Currently serving as Senior Transactions Counsel at PREP Property Group since January 2016, Kendra oversees legal matters related to the NNN Retail division for the Real Estate Investment Trust, including acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing. Previously, Kendra held positions as a Real Estate Attorney at PREP, Associate Attorney at Wrona Gordon & DuBois, and Real Estate Attorney at Broad and Cassel LLP, focusing on various legal areas including real estate and civil litigation. Kendra earned a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree, graduating Magna Cum Laude from Nova Southeastern University, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurial and Small Business Operations from Florida State University, graduating Cum Laude.
