Vaishnavi Nalawade began their work experience as a Marketing Intern at Cafune Foods in 2018. From June to August of that year, they contributed to the marketing efforts of the company. In 2021, Vaishnavi worked as an HR Intern at Universal Tribes for a brief period of one month, in June and July. In 2022, they started their role as a Talent Acquisition Associate at Excellon Software, where they were responsible for talent acquisition from June to November. Currently, they are working as an Associate Recruiter at Prescient Technologies, starting in November 2022.
Vaishnavi Nalawade pursued their education in the field of Agri and Food Business Management. From 2016 to 2020, they attended the College of Agriculture and Allied Sciences in Baramati, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a specialization in Agri Business Management. Following this, from 2020 to 2022, they enrolled at the MIT College of Management in India to pursue a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree, focusing on Agri and Food Business Management.
