Manu Thomas

Manu Thomas currently serves as a Basketball Referee for Executive Board 33 since September 2023, holding NJSIA and IAABO certifications for officiating elementary and middle school games. In addition, Manu has been an Enterprise Client Success Manager at Press Ganey since October 2022, where responsibilities include streamlining onboarding processes and delivering training sessions on the Consumerism platform. Previous roles include positions as a Customer Success Manager with Torii and Press Ganey, as well as a Senior Customer Success Manager with Focal Systems and Dialpad. Manu’s experience also encompasses a role during the Coronavirus Job Gap that involved problem solving and crisis management, along with a background in fixed line provisioning management at Tangoe. Education was completed at New York University.
