Amir Shrestha

Amir Shrestha has extensive experience in operational management within the hospitality and food service industries. Currently serving as General Manager at Pret A Manger since January 2022, Amir previously held the role of General Manager Operations at Paddington Bear at Paddington Station in two tenures, from October 2021 to January 2022 and from March 2020 to December 2020. Before that, Amir was an Assistant Manager at HMSHost International from March 2019 to March 2020 and an Area Manager at Muffin Break from June 2015 to February 2019, overseeing multiple store locations and achieving significant sales results. Amir's career began as a Food and Beverage Supervisor at Flemings Mayfair from February 2012 to April 2015. Amir holds an Advanced Diploma in Computer Science from the London School of Management.
