Efrat Moshkoviz

Efrat Moshkoviz is an experienced leader in customer success and experience, currently serving as SVP of Customer Success at Tastewise since February 2025. Previously, Efrat held roles as SVP of Customer Experience at Splash, where oversight included Customer Success Management and Customer Support teams until its acquisition by Cvent in September 2024. Efrat's expertise extends to being an Expert in the Primary Venture Partners network since September 2020, providing guidance to startup founders. Additional roles include VP of Customer Success at Rocketrip and WayUp, leading various customer-centric teams through successful acquisitions. Efrat's career also includes significant positions at SundaySky and earlier experiences in marketing and analytics at companies like ICQ and Gallup Israel. Education was completed at Tel Aviv University.
