Donncha Ó Tuama

Donncha Ó Tuama serves as Chief Legal Officer at Prime Data Centers since August 2025 and is a member of TechGC, an exclusive community for General Counsels, since April 2021. Previously, Donncha held positions including Board Member at the Data Center Coalition and VP, General Counsel at Yondr Group, where responsibilities included leading legal efforts for global data center operations. Donncha's earlier experience includes roles as Special Counsel at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP and Senior Associate at Arthur Cox. Educational achievements include a Barrister at Law degree from The Honorable Society of King's Inns, a Chartered Tax Adviser designation from the Irish Tax Institute, and advanced degrees in History from University College Cork.
