Ashley Dushman

Ashley Dushman is an experienced talent acquisition specialist currently working at Radio Flyer since May 2019, where previous roles included Human Resources Coordinator and Human Resources Intern. Prior experience includes internships in human resources recruiting at CommunityRoot and Jonathan Wesley. Ashley holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology with a minor in Leadership Studies from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and has also earned a Bachelor's degree in Food Systems and Sustainability from Gustolab International in 2019. Ashley completed high school at Deerfield High School, graduating in 2016.
