Andreas Vigil is a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Primus Aerospace since July 2017, leading initiatives that achieved a 20% reduction in lead time and a 15% increase in productivity through lean manufacturing principles. Previously, Andreas served as Operations Manager, overseeing all operational aspects of a leading aerospace machine shop and managing a team of over 30 employees. Early career experience includes roles as an Industrial Engineer, Finishing Supervisor, and Swiss Machinist, where skills in process optimization and CNC programming were developed. Prior to engineering roles, Andreas worked as a Crew Member at Us Beef Corp Arbys and as a Private Contractor at Foothills Bible Church. Andreas holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology from Metropolitan State University of Denver.
