Pablo Sprenger

Pablo Sprenger currently serves as the EVP and President of Latin America at Principal Financial Group since November 2023 and as a Professor of Leadership at MBA UC since May 2023. Previously, Pablo was the CEO of SURA Investments from October 2022 to October 2023, where Pablo led a leading investment platform across multiple Latin American countries. Prior experience includes being the CEO of SURA Investment Management, overseeing substantial assets under management, and a tenure as CEO of SURA México, which achieved top performance results in the region. Pablo also held key leadership positions at SURA Asset Management, ING, Banco Santander Chile, and CMR Falabella, contributing to significant growth and strategic transformation within these organizations. Pablo holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and an Industrial Engineering degree from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
