Paz Menashe is a professional with extensive experience in customer support and leadership roles. Currently serving as the Global Support Team Leader at Priority Software since February 2024, Paz previously held positions at AU10TIX, where responsibilities included Customer Service Team Lead and Customer Support Tier 1 Agent & NOC from February 2022 to February 2024. Prior experience includes serving in the Israeli Navy from January 2015 to April 2019 as an Information Communication Technology Officer and providing Information Technology Help Desk Support.
