Prior to this, Tim held the position of District Sales Manager at Springfield Grocer from February 2004 to February 2010, where management of a sales team in the Kansas City area was key to success in hiring and developing sales representatives. Tim holds a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration from The University of Kansas, obtained in 1989.
