Maciej Bakalarz has a strong background in software development and management. Maciej is the founder and CEO of PROEXE, where they have led the company's long-term strategy and day-to-day operations for the past 12 years. Under their leadership, PROEXE has experienced significant growth, with a focus on developing their own digital products and services. Prior to founding PROEXE, Maciej worked as a Senior Java Developer at DHL and Atende Software Sp. z o.o. Maciej also gained experience as a Java Developer at Infovide-Matrix, where they worked on large-scale integration projects for a major Polish telecom company.
Maciej Bakalarz completed their Master's degree in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology between 2003 and 2008. In 2006, they also participated in a one-year student exchange program at Syddansk Universitet - University of Southern Denmark, specializing in Computer Science.
