Marlee Sezer

Marlee Sezer is an experienced leader in people operations, currently serving as the Head of People Operations at Profile.com since December 2024. Prior to this role, Marlee held the same title at Polywork from October 2019 to December 2024. Marlee's career also includes positions as People Operations at The Farmer's Dog and People & Culture Generalist at Compass, as well as serving as HR Manager at Mediamorph, where responsibilities included managing HR functions across multiple offices and fostering collaborative relationships. Additionally, Marlee has experience in administrative and support roles at Stribling & Associates, Boston Children's Hospital, Harvard Graduate School of Design, Museum of the City of New York, and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Marlee obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Drew University in 2012.
