Dan Shapiro

Dan Shapiro is an experienced executive in digital advertising and programmatic sales, currently serving as the Head of Global Programmatic Agency Partnerships at Roku since March 2021. In addition, Dan holds the position of Executive in Residence at Progress Partners, a Boston and New York-based M&A investment bank specializing in emerging technology companies. Previously, Dan was the Vice President of Global Agency Relations at Amobee, leading a sales team that provided integrated advertising solutions. Prior roles include Vice President Marketplace Development at Verisk - Marketing Solutions, Head of Sales at AppNexus, VP Sales at Flashtalking, and Vice President of Sales at PointRoll, where Dan played a significant role in scaling businesses and driving sales strategies. Dan holds a B.A. in Advertising from Temple University.
