Miki Racine Berardelli

Miki Racine Berardelli is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in leadership and advisory roles across various organizations. As the Principal and Founder of miki b LLC since March 2020, Miki Berardelli has also served as an Executive in Residence at Wunderkind since October 2020 and as an Executive Advisor at FitForCommerce since August 2019. Miki Berardelli holds a position as an Adjunct Professor in the MBA program at Northern Kentucky University and is an Advisory Board Member at Evergreen Trading. Previous involvement includes being a board member at WD Lab Grown Diamonds and ShopRunner, where the latter was sold to FedEx in December 2020. Miki Berardelli's past executive roles include serving as a board member and Executive Board Member for the National Retail Federation.
