Ed Keisling

Ed Keisling has a strong background in engineering and product development. Ed currently holds the position of SVP, Engineering at Progress, where they have implemented organizational changes to improve collaboration and efficiency. Prior to this, they served as Vice President, Product Development at Progress and was responsible for driving business value for customers. Earlier in their career, Keisling worked at athenahealth as an Executive Director, overseeing various programs within the Engineering organization. Ed also held leadership roles at Vecna Technologies, where they led product development and technical services teams. Keisling began their career at Pegasystems, where they held multiple roles including Director Deployment Engineering and Software Implementation Manager. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated expertise in Agile methodologies and project management.

Ed Keisling completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics/Computer Science at the University of New Hampshire from 1990 to 1994. Ed has also obtained multiple certifications, including the Instructor Certification Program (ICP) from ICAgile, Certified SAFe® 5 Program Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc., Scrum@scale practitioner from Scrum@Scale, and Certified ScrumMaster® (CSM®) from Scrum Alliance. Additionally, they have a certification as a Certified SAFe® 6 Practice Consultant from Scaled Agile, Inc.
