Project Access
Rathi Ramasamy, MPH, is a seasoned professional in social impact and health policy with a strong background in impact measurement and management. Currently serving as the Director of Social Impact at Project Access since June 2025, Rathi previously held the position of Manager at Impact Frontiers, where significant contributions included the development of a standardized framework for impact reporting. Rathi's experience also encompasses leadership roles at SDS Capital Group, focusing on affordable housing and job creation, and research at Health Management Associates, which addressed social determinants of health. An MPH holder from UCLA, Rathi has cultivated expertise through various roles, including a James D. Barber Administrative Fellowship and internships, while also pursuing a certificate in Data Science from TripleTen.

Project Access – a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization founded in 1999 – is the leading provider of vital on-site health, education & employment services to families, children, and seniors living in affordable and workforce housing communities. We believe our on-site presence cultivates strong communities, positive changes, and hopeful futures. Project Access operates Resource Centers at over 80 properties across the nation. In 2020, Project Access’ programs successfully served over 22,500 people.
