Project Equity
Maximilian Chaoulideer has a diverse work experience. Maximilian is currently working as a Program Specialist in Public Sector Engagement at Project Equity since September 2022. Prior to this, they were a Founding Board Member at Bradley Street Bicycle Co-op starting in August 2019. Maximilian also worked at Yale University, where they held multiple roles. From June 2021 to September 2022, they served as a University Lecturer. During their time at Yale University, they were also a Graduate Worker, pursuing a Ph.D. in Germanic Studies with a focus on the intersection of climate change and literature. As a Graduate Worker, they taught various courses encompassing literature, philosophy, writing, art theory, food politics, and media studies.
Maximilian Chaoulideer completed their education in a chronological manner. Maximilian attended the University of Chicago from 2009 to 2013, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Philosophy. Subsequently, from 2014 to 2021, they pursued further studies at Yale University, ultimately earning a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Germanic Studies.

Project Equity
Project Equity is a national leader in the movement to harness employee ownership to maintain thriving local business communities, honor selling owners’ legacies, and address income and wealth inequality. Headquartered in the San Francisco Bay Area, Project Equity works with partners around the country to raise awareness about employee ownership asan exit strategy for business owners, and as an important approach for increasing employee engagement and wellbeing. Thry also provide hands on consulting and support to companies that want to transition to employee ownership, as well as to the new employee-owners to ensure that they, and their businesses, thrive after the transition.
